About GPC

The Greater Philly UU Cluster (GPC) represents 14 Unitarian Universalist congregations in the Philadelphia area. It includes congregations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Our mission: Share our message, Grow our faith, Strengthen congregations.

If you’re looking for a religious home that doesn’t require you to subscribe to a list of beliefs, that expects you to search for truth and meaning, and that respects your mind and values, come visit us. On the Congregations page, you will find a map showing where our congregations are located and a link to each congregation’s website.

Why do we come together in the cluster? Consider the words of our member congregation’s minister:

Celebrating life and working for justice together enriches all of our lives.
Unitarian Universalists in the Philadelphia region have learned time and again that when we share and collaborate on issues and programs that matter we have more success.
When you get right down to it, there are not many good arguments against these efforts.  If we live in theologies of courage and abundance, we realize this synergy is where the Spirit of Life is calling us.
