Jubilee Anti-Racism Workshop at UUCDC

Due to COVID-19 concerns and in an abundance of caution, group face-to-face events at the UUCDC have been cancelled until at least the end of April.

If you registered for this event, your registration fee will be refunded.  It’s anticipated this event will be rescheduled until Sept or October and participants will need to register again for that session.

The¬†Jubilee Anti-Racism Workshop¬† helps participants understand what is involved in nurturing a multicultural community and working against racism in all of its forms. The workshop requires a weekend commitment but it’s a worthy commitment.

The workshop includes presentations, discussions, videos, shared meals (included in the fee), and more. Childcare is available and continuing education units are available for teachers and social workers.

Cost is $160 per participant. Some financial assistance is available. Additional contributions in support of the work are welcome. A full weekend commitment is required: Friday, March 27, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm; Saturday, March 28, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm; Sunday, March 29, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm). Registration is now open.
